At long last, we get to see Electric Warrior given the treatment it deserves, plus a film on the Libs and a newbie from the Blur man everybody likes best.
New solo album from the otherwise Blur guitarist. Initially available in a CD+DVD edition featuring live footage and interviews.
Autobiography from the former plumber who went on to form one of the world's seminal rock n roll bands.
A 2CD+DVD limited edition box set of the classic album filmed on 26th November 2010 at London's Olympia.
Having been pushed back nine times, it is rumoured these will finally be re-released on 9th April, but don't hold your breath. Another album set for May is EPs 1998-1991 which will presumably contain the four Creation EPs. As ever, details are vague.

Now, this is nice. The only T. Rex album not to have been given the treatment finally sees the light of day in a hugely impressive package that contains two CDs and a DVD. Bolan's original classic album has been remastered by original producer Tony Visconti and given four bonus tracks in huge hit single 'Hot Love' and three b-sides. A second CD contains demos and outtakes while the DVD contains the only two surviving Top of the Pops appearances from 1971 and two rare original promotional videos for 'Get It On' and 'Jeepster'. The foil blocked box also includes a 32-page hardback book along with the usual photos and assorted memorabilia and the whole lot retails at just under thirty quid. I'm drooling.

Buzzing for this as well. The Libs documentary will be touring cinemas near you over March and April before seeing DVD release at the end of the month. How we could do with their like today.
The Cribs - In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull (Wichita); Lightships - Electric Cables (Geographic); Dr Feelgood - All Through The City (EMI).
